Growth Mindset Programme
Launched 2024
Our flagship programme builds resilience, leadership, and capability in young people through structured outdoor experiences.
Programme Overview:
- Commences in Year 7 with progressive development
- Integrates seamlessly with outdoor activities
- Delivers recognised qualifications in teamwork, leadership, and outdoor competencies
- Builds a growth mindset approach to challenges
Accreditations:
Participants achieve a suite of recognised qualifications demonstrating their development across multiple competencies.
For Members:
Licensed delivery of the complete programme, including all materials, training, and assessment frameworks.

- Emotional regulation in outdoor settings
- Transition support for SEND pupils
